"Great shuttle service for no extra fee. You can leave cash deposit & they give it back at check out…better than using card. Ok breakfast, we liked the different bagel options and yogurt toppings. The main transportation lines is a 10 min walk. Very easy to get to main tourists spots. The grotto is a 20min walk . Theres lots of homeless in the area but we felt safe walking around. "Arrived 15 minutes before 3pm and they said that early check-in will cost me 35 bucks---talk about nickle and dime you :( I went outside and came back at 3 to avoid the $35 dollar early check in fee. the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything everywhere--the bed was comfy."

"We have no hot water, our TV didn’t work, the carpet in our room was wet and they had a fan drying it when we came in. We were told that Room should’ve never been rented out. I made my reservations well in advance. I asked staff multiple times for help to no avail. The hot tub was so disgusting that it was cloudy and had a foam on top of it. The pool did not heat. And we were never told about that. We literally bought swimsuits to go swimming there."

"Room was clean. Staff was helpful with directions and where places were."
