"Location is so close to beach! Clean with a large living room area. Kitchen is large and great for cooking!! Loved the big window that opens to pool. Hot tub and pool were amazing for a big crowd. Our only issue was hot tub and pool were cold for two days even though we paid for heat. Great vacation!"

"Our host thought of everything for our beach stay at St. Simons Island. From a wonderful welcome basket to brand new beach chairs for the whole family, there were plenty of thoughtful niceties that the owner certainly did not have to include, but went above and beyond to do so. The condo is located in a great area that is a short drive to the beach and to restaurants/shopping. The condo itself is beautiful! Very clean and welcoming for our family. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!"

"The house is even more beautiful in person. It is clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The host has thought of everything you might need. We had so much fun in the backyard grilling and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The beach was a short walk filled with many wildlife sightings. The dogs loved the yard and beach too! It was so nice they were welcomed with their own area in the kitchen with bowls waiting for them!"

"Stayed in this house last year and loved it. This year it is evident that house needs some TLC, such as grout broken in shower, dusty ceiling fans and bathroom vents, and roaches in the kitchen cabinets. Please put out some bait and remedy this problem."
