This spacious home is located in the heart of the city, convenient to shops, restaurants, the hospital, FLETC and the islands. It's a 3 minute drive to the hospital, less than 5 minutes to FLETC, 8 minutes to downtown Brunswick and 20 minutes to the beaches of St. Simons where you can enjoy the surf and sand!

It has a very large, fully-fenced yard with a fire pit and barbecue, an extra storage shed, and an exercise/entertainment room. There is also a dedicated workspace in case you need to work while traveling.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for any chef that is staying for just a few days or an extended time period.

The best part...this home is pet friendly so you can bring your fur baby along with you!

Other things to note:

All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:
No loud noise after 10pm per county ordinance. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund. No loud music. No parties.
Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.
Cats need approval first.
