Loggerhead Crossing - Near FLETC/Restaurants/Shops

This newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is centrally located to shopping and restaurants, with short commutes to local hospitals and FLETC, yet it's nestled in a picturesque, quiet neighborhood. It is pet-friendly with a fully-fenced yard. There is a dedicated workspace with a computer desk and chair, which is perfect if you work from home.

Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.

You are centrally located to everything the Golden Isles has to offer; shopping, restaurants, thrift stores and just 15/20 minutes to the islands. There is also high speed wifi for those that need to work remotely or just like to stream your favorite movies and TV shows.

Other things to note:

Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.

Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.

House Rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours are 8pm to 8am. Violation of county ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.
Maximum of 2 pets.

Good time in Brunswick

The home had plenty of space. Beds were very comfortable and home was clean. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed seeing the ducks walking around. Convenient location

This property needs a very thorough deep cleaning. The living room ceiling was covered with cobwebs. I believe this house says it can sleep 8 people - however, the seating is not adequate for anyone other than a couple. There is one sofa and a small metal table with two flimsy metal chairs (both are in listing) The only other option is one uncomfortable wicker chair and four dining chairs. There is plenty of room for a sectional sofa and at least two more comfortable chairs. The kitchen is very sparsely supplied. There are plates for six people. The only can opener we found was in the utensil holder and was broken. There are only two ice trays in the freezer - no ice maker. The room with two beds is a garage that was converted and was freezing cold. All the beds were extremely firm and there was nowhere in the master for a suitcase except on the floor. We have stayed at another property from this company and were pleased. We will not rent this one again. They did offer to come clean things but we declined because we didn’t want the cleaning people inside. The location is very convenient to FLETC and shopping and it is pet friendly with a fenced yard. We had our dogs with us and that was one reason we rented.
