Perfect little getaway

I enjoyed my stay...I arrived late at night...I was tired from flying all day...check in was easy... the staff was kind and helpful...housekeeping was great...there were many restaurants in walking distance...I already booked my next stay here...I loved it

I had a reservation thru hotels.com (including the confirmation #) for six weeks ahead of time. After driving 5 hours I get to extended stay and they tell me they have the reservation but don’t have any rooms. I had to drive around trying to find a hotel at 10 o’clock at night.

Tis was a older motel. Buy has been redone. It is in great shape,clean,and very comfortable. The only issue was the A/C did not blow very well. The air coming out was ice cold,but NO force. I called the front desk,they sent a maintenance person. But he reported it was working fine. The room NEVER even got cool. Other than that issue,all was well. And it was at a great price as well. And the towels were BIG AND SOFT. That's hard to find these days too..

My stay was so peaceful and comfortable.the staff and house keeping are super nice ,I couldn’t ask for more ,i highly recommend this to friends and family ,I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel..i will drive one hour from jacksonville fl just to be in this hotel….my experience was peaceful,cleanest was amazing….I felt at home …..

Great low priced hotel

The hotel is almost done remodeling so it is very clean and nice my only problem was a saw a few roaches but l called the front offices and they came right away and sprayed. Great and friendly staff very attentive and proactive And it's no way you can beat the price for what you get.

Checked in at 6.30pm , checked out at 7.30pm same day .terrible rooms, flush not working , another room no water . Unhygeinic condition. Didn't feel safe there either. Drink machine had a cage around it. Explained to guy at check in that we only came to get quick sleep n had no more energy to keep changing rooms or wait for maintenance to fix. He was arrogant n rude n unhelpful. I asked for the lady who was on duty . She was extremely nice and understanding. Only person who understood customer service. Guys be careful before booking this place. I never write reviews but , I think it's my duty to warn all.

Where to begin... I would not stay here again and this is not a motel suitable for children. There appears to be many people who "live" here. They were outside of my room I'm assuming on the sidewalk until 3 am partying, talking loud etc. My tv remote did not work. The maintenance man came and brought me a new one. I still couldn't get it to change channels so gave up and used my laptop to watch tv. The bed was comfortable and the room ok. The area is a depressed area.

Serves its Purpose Well

I’m a travel nurse who stays at this property one to two times per week. The front desk staff is always friendly and accommodating, and my requested room is cleaned to my satisfaction. I would recommend this property for a quick short stay in the Brunswick area!
