"Hotel was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the check-in experience. Traveling from Panama to Spain with a 7-hour time difference, all you want after a long journey is to get into your room and rest. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we arrived at 2:30 PM and didn’t receive our room until around 4:20 PM. For the first 40 minutes, the staff said they couldn’t find our reservation because it had been made through Expidia. Once they located it, we were told the room still wasn’t ready. Aside from the delayed check-in, everything else was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay."

"The hotel is very nice and efficient. Our room was spacious, although the furniture was a bit outdated. A nice and spacious bathroom with a balcony. The couch in the junior suite was very hard to lie on. There is also too much light which turns on everywhere as you enter the room, and it was difficult to figure out how to turn it off. Staff is efficient everywhere, from the reception to restaurants. They accommodated us 30 min earlier before the checkin time and showed the best way to get to the train station. I would put more comfortable sitting space in the lobby so that people waiting for their checkin time could relax."
