"The pool area and view was spectacular "

"Casa pukita e ben tenuta in un posto meraviglioso e molto tranquillo. Siamo srati qui a fine maggio/ inizio giugno, quindi senza ancora il turismo pieno dei mesi estivi. Meglio così per godersi la pace in giardino, credo. Spiaggia bella e poco frequentataa due passi da casa. Posto fornito di tutto quello che occorre, inclusi ombrelloni da spiaggia da poter portarsi dietro. La proprietaria (non abita in loco) è molto gentile e ci ha chiamato sia all'arrivo che il giorno della nostra partenza....

"Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The location with proximity to the beach, stores, and restaurants is what sets this place apart. The host was very helpful in the whole process and made us feel at home. The neighborhood is quiet. We had a great time! We will definitely stay here and recommend highly this property."

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Rino war vom ersten Tag an bis zum letzten sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Dazu eine super Punkt für Stranf, aber auch Ausflüge in den Norden oder die Mitte der Insel. Jederzeit gerne wieder."

"Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen direkt in der alten Stadtmauer von Posada mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Um an das Haus zu kommen sollte man gut zu Fuß sein da man über einen steilen Weg zum Haus gehen muss. Es gibt einen kleinen Sitzplatz im Innenhof (gemeinschaftlich genutzt ) dort ist es sehr schön ist zu sitzen, auch wenn es windig ist. Die große Dachterrasse ist ein Dach ohne Schattenplatz oder Sitzmöglichkeiten aber es sind zwei Liegestühle vorhanden : Wir haben uns ab und zu den Tisch...

"La maison est très bien. Bien équipées. Nous avons réservé pour 6 mais il n'y avait pas 6 tasses. Les pieds de lits à l'étage ne sont pas très stable et nous avons du faire remplacer les linges de maison (draps cassés et essuies troués)."

"Great location to be out of the thick of things, its really nice and quiet. It’s a 5 min drive or 35 minutes by foot into San Teodora. The beautiful beaches of La Cinta and Lu Impostu (our favourite) are about 10-15 mins by car. The villa is very clean, with plenty of room, nice pool, it was perfect for us (couple). Massimo who looks after the place is lovely and so helpful, a real pleasure to deal with."

"Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans ce logement au rapport/ qualité prix raisonnable en Sardaigne. Belle maison en pierre dans un petit lotissement. Maison spacieuse. Bonne literie. Petite cours et Quelque points à améliorer / à savoir : * les voisins au dessus ont été très bruyants… ou alors il n’y a pas d’isolation entre notre plafond et l’étape car on entendait beaucoup de bruit. * Manque un peu d’équipement en cuisine pour un confort optimal (micro-ondes, verre limité, bouilloire,...

"Great hotel for family, nice big pool with different depths to suit levels of ability. Cocktails by the pool were lovely. Bed was comfy, kids loved the sofa bed that popped up into a bunk. Breakfast was great too, lots of choice."
