"Great was welcomed and upgraded on arrival, to a room with air con, staff were very friendly and helpful, the only negative is I felt that the breakfast was overpriced, however it was presented very well and each day was a different treat. "Stay was generally good although Hotels.com didn't inform me that the pool was closed for renovation. The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow".
