"Very peaceful place. Saw wildlife and listening to the birds was great. Very Clean. No wifi or TV stations just DVDs not a big deal for us but just want all to be aware of that. They have a snack cart where you can buy snacks. We did not use it but its nice if you need a little snack!"

"We loved the property! House was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Host was good about getting back with us when we had any questions or concerns. We loved the large shelter house and access to the beach on the river. We had fun wading and kids swimming in the river. Close location to Brookville town, White River Park and Metamora."
