Newly renovated house in Park De Kreek, Bruinisse

Our newly renovated house is from 27. 05. 19 completed and ready for occupancy. For this reason, you can not see any reviews yet.
The house (60 sqm living space) is located in the Park De Kreek Aquadeltapark in Bruinisse.
It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and currently a 2-plate electric stove (due to technical changes, but it will be in next time to change a 4-plate ceramic hob).
The living room has a 37 inch HD TV, satellite TV and a woodburning stove. WLAN connection is available
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a window. Towels are not available.
The bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds (which can be put together at any time), wardrobe and bedside table, duvets and pillows. Bed linen must be brought.
The upper bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the house is high quality vinyl. The bathroom is completely tiled.
Our house is additionally insulated and thus protects against cold and heat.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture. Games for a cozy evening are ready.
There is direct access to a playground with soccer field, volleyball net, table tennis, slide and cable car.
In the center of the Aquadeltapark (about 3 minutes) you will find a supermarket, various restaurants, a swimming pool, mini golf, indoor playground, bike rental and a bowling alley.
The new marina of Bruinisse is also within a few minutes, as well as 2 bathing beaches. The beautiful North Sea beaches of Burg Haamsteede, Brouwershaven, Renesse, Scharendijke etc. can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
The picturesque town of Zieriksee is 12 km away and invites you to stroll, as well as Goes, Middelburg or Vlissingen.
The neighboring house no. 34 may possibly be rented at the same time, to z. B. to go on vacation together with friends.

Das Objekt war prima - noch etwas mehr Augenmerk auf Sauberkeit und es wĂ€re perfekt. Der Ort Bruinisse ist sehr klein und ruhig - fĂŒr unseren perfekten Urlaub hĂ€tte eine klassische Promenade und ein schöner Strand gefehlt.

Große EnttĂ€uschung

Die Wohnung war sehr dreckig bis hin zum Ekelfaktor. Nach einer Beschwerde mit Fotos kein vernĂŒnftiges Feedback oder sonst irgendein entgegenkommen. Wir werden dieses Portal nicht mehr nutzen und schon gar nicht weiter empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub

Der Park ist recht schön, die Umgebung auch. Vor allem der angrenzende Supermarkt und der SpielplĂ€ze vorm Haus sind sehr praktisch. Das Haus alles in allem reicht fĂŒr 3 Personen - jedoch muss ich mich leider der VorgĂ€nger-Bewertung anschließen. Top renoviert passt leider nicht. Es benötigt drinnen dringend weiße Farbe, die WĂ€nde haben sehr viele Macken. Wasserkocher mussten wir vor Gebrauch entkalken, Kaffeemaschine nicht benutzt, war von innen nicht schön... Von 4 StĂŒhlen am Esstisch waren alle komplett instabil, bei einem fehlte schon eine Schraube. Kopfkissen sehr speckig, ein Kissen mit Blutfleck. Sofakissen mit Flecken. Bad in Ordnung, jedoch schimmelige Fugen und schimmeliger Duschvorhang. Irgendwie klar, da man das Bad bei jedem Duschen leicht flutet. Terasse fĂŒr uns zu offen, StĂŒhle und Schirm verdreckt. Genau wie das Dachfester. Die Abstellkammer ist wirklich sehr unordentlich, der Staubsauger funktionierte nicht. Einmal grundreinigen, austauschen und streichen, dann wĂ€re das Haus wirklich schön. Da wir uns nicht viel im Haus aufgehalten haben war es ein trotzdem netter Kurzurlaub mit viel Sonne.

Die Bilder versprechen mehr - bitte mal wieder nach dem Rechten sehen

"Die Sauberkeit war mittelmĂ€ĂŸig, die Kaffeemaschine sollte ausgetauscht werden. Eine Renovierung wĂŒrde das Objekt aufwerten" - Genau so haben wir uns auch gefĂŒhlt. Die Kaffeemaschine war ĂŒbrigens im Schrank zu finden. Ebenso der Toaster. Die WĂ€nde sollten nochmal gestrichten werden. Der Kinderstuhl war sehr verdreckt und in einer unansehnlichen Abstellkammer zu finden. Wir haben die nötigen ErklĂ€rungen vermisst. KurzerklĂ€rung zum Induktionskochfeld oder der Heizung. Die Heizung konnte das HĂ€uslein schnell heizen, allerdings ging diese rasch in einen Sparmodus - und hat sich in den Nacht abgeschaltet. Im Sommer kein Problem, aber fĂŒr eine gewissen GrundwĂ€rme, insbesondere mit Kleinkind nicht das Beste. Leider kamen die ErklĂ€rungen zum Check-in erst per Nachfrage. Sonst OK. Kurtaxte wurde nicht weiter bestĂ€tigt. VergĂŒnstigungen? Das Schwimmbad zum in der NĂ€he zu findenden Ferienpark ist fĂŒr diese GĂ€ste dort Gratis. Leider ist alles in der NĂ€he doch recht teuer und voll. Ein Ausflug zu einem Restaurant in der NĂ€he lohnt sich. Das nĂ€chste Mal werden wir nĂ€her an Ouddorp buchen. Die Fahrten dorthin sind doch recht lange und dort gibt es noch einige schöne StrĂ€nde. Die Nachbarn sind auch deutlich zu hören - GlĂŒckssache. Geparkt muss außerhalb - außer zum be/entladen. WIFI war OK. TV nicht getestet, aber sehr klein. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber kein ĂŒbermĂ€ĂŸigen Komfort erwarten. Einen Ausflugstipp gebe ich noch mit: Die Wildpferde bei Uitkijktoren - Slikken van de Heen

Schönes, sauberes Haus. Wer es bei kaltem Wetter anmietet, ist auf Brennholz angewiesen. Uns war bisschen frisch ;) Der Kontakt mit Ellen war sehr freundlich.

Soweit sehr zufrieden, das einzige was besser wĂ€re, im Badezimmer an der Dusche ein TĂŒr oder Glasschutz anzubringen statt einen Vorhang, dort war leider schon ein wenig schimmel. Aber im ganzen sind wir sehr zufrieden, auch das Angebot war sehr schön.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Lage

Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr schön fĂŒr einen Kurzurlaub. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Sehr netter Kontakt. Alles war gut zu erreichen. Super Lage. Schöne Umgebung. FĂŒr Familien mit kleinen Kindern top, aber auch fĂŒr Erwachsene. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen es weiter.

Super kurz Urlaub

Ersteinmal möchte ich den super Netten Kontakt mit Ellen hervorheben. Das Haus war Super und fĂŒr kleine Familien Perfekt. Das einzige Manko war der kleine Grill und der Ascheeimer die nicht sauber waren. Alles in allem wĂŒrde wir jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Liebe Ellen danke fĂŒr den schönen Urlaub.

Modernes Ferienhaus mit dem extra Plus

Modern, renoviert, sauber! Super eingerichtet, ausgewĂ€hlte hĂŒbsche Deko, extra Bettzeug, viele Kleinigkeiten wie Filterpapier, Brotdosen, SpĂŒli, Spiele, BĂŒcher, Kaminholz... u. v. m. was man selbst vielleicht vergessen hat. Leider nicht direkt am langen Sandstrand, aber chiccer Yachthafen mit Schleuse direkt vor der TĂŒr. Besonders fĂŒr Kinder bis Grundschulalter viele Möglichkeiten im Park: große Spielwiese, Schwimmbad, kleine FlĂ€che Strandbuchten zum Matschen und Planschen.
