"Staff was helpful with recommendations. This property was not conducive to families. Needed to be super quiet. It was terribly difficult to enter and leave. Air did not work. The room was 90 plus degrees. We all sweated terribly and now they are asking us to pay 300 plus euro for a new mattress claiming someone wet the bed. They said they’d get us a water taxi. Taxi was 20 minutes late and we almost missed our flight. It was terribly difficult to get our luggage up the stairs. Tunnel entrance...
