The Space:
Upon arrival at Coppietershof, you can easily park your car on the driveway, which offers space for 2 to 3 cars, depending on size. You’ll be welcomed into a spacious and light-filled living room with a large comfortable sofa, a cosy reading corner and a stylish dining area – perfect for shared meals and conversations after a day in Bruges.
The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor. It offers all modern comforts, including a generous cooking island. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the sunny and fully fenced garden – ideal for families with children or dogs (who are more than welcome here). The garden features a table for outdoor breakfasts or relaxed lunches.
Next to the kitchen, you’ll find two convenient storage rooms with a washing machine and dryer, which are free to use during your stay. There are also two separate toilets on the ground floor for extra convenience.
Upstairs, there are four spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space. All beds are made upon arrival with high-quality bed linen, so you can immediately enjoy your stay.
The house features two beautiful, spacious bathrooms. One includes a lovely bathtub and double sink; the other has a large walk-in shower and also a double sink. Soft towels are provided for every guest.
To top it all off, the upper floor also offers a cosy relaxation room with a pool table – perfect for unwinding together after a day exploring historic Bruges.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.
LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.
OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
