"Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host. "It was beautiful, however weather was a bit cold and we expected to be warmer. You need a car for sure in this area as it is not close to anything. Carmelita was always accessible and helpful. It also needs some mirrors for ladies. Otherwise beautiful."

"We had a great stay here, and communication with Andrea was first class. He was very welcoming, and provided lots of helpful information to help with our stay. "Wonderful location. House very clean and comfortable. We were in Sicily in January and we preferred to spend a few days in Syracuse. Pleased to have chosen Villa Carmela also exploiting the beautiful space in the garden. Beautiful walks on the beach, we have also reached on foot. Every morning we had breakfast in the garden, since the weather was beautiful (luck in January !!). Thanks for the welcome, we hope peter have another chance in the future to come back to Syracuse."
