Very poor and rude customer service and apartment lacking basic amenities So first of all booked Ocean view apartment and they decided to change it and give me City view apartment, there pretty noisy; it’s sad that Expedia ke giving this option and customer service says it’s upto then who will get it! "The family enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and very comfortable. The location was OK. One thing I did not like was was communicating through Expedia. Expedia app is not convenient to use for communicating with the property, and the app also prevented exchange of email addresses (which would have been much more convenient once we were on the road and working from mobile phones). "This was a Gem! We had a 2 bedroom on the top floor. It was So cozy and comfortable. Beautifully furnished and decorated. There was a kitchenette, which we used to cook fresh fish that we bought at the Fisketorget on the harbor. Amazing fresh fish. The washer/dryer combo was nice but,needs a set of instructions. "The biggest problem was the communication with the owner of appartments. They mentioned a whattsapp number for any question or issues while they have not checked it for a couple of dats at all. Also, I have contacted this number oit of whatsapp due to the popr internet coonnection and they did not answered it at all. The bed in the second floor in our room has been built in a non professional way and was not accessible in an easy way. There was a long electricity wire on the top of the stairs...

"I reserved one night for a layover trip back to the UK. So ended up booking when I landed at Stavenger. From the moment me and my family arrived we were greeted by Daria and she was absolutely amazing. From booking us in promptly to going out of her way to make sure we had breakfast packs (as we had to leave before the breakfast start time). She even helped us arrange a taxi when our pre-booked one cancelled. She made our short and sweet stay, stress-free! The hotel and room were of high standard and our room was sufficient for a family of 5. Highly recommend!!!"
