"The property was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you travel to the UK or Europe in general often, the lack of AC won’t bother you as it’s standard amongst hotels; that’s my only warning to American guests. Great place to stay and big bang for your buck!"

"Room was a reasonable size. Kitchenette small but functional. Good shower. Aircon. Excellent quality towels & bedding plus that rarity: sufficient & decent pillows. Bit of noise from street at night but not too bad. There is a flight of stairs from main door up to reception. Plus a cute cat. There was an issue with the plumbing in the room - functional but noisy."

"Wonderful hotel located in London’s financial district. Centrally located, with quick access to three separate tube stations. It makes getting anywhere you want to go to in London a breeze.
Leadenhall Market is right around the corner, with several pubs and restaurants.
Very clean rooms, nicely appointed, with very responsive staff."

"Found hair on the bed, sink, and bathroom. Some towels were stained. Stayed for 5 nights. They cleaned once and did not clean the bathroom."
