"We did have a few little issues but communication was very quick to respond. I suggest they get a new cleaning crew. The frig was missed and it was noticeable that something had spilled inside the frig. The house is as listed. The linens where clean and ample towels where provided. We would stay here again."

"It is a nice area to walk in. It is a good neighborhood. The house met all our needs. The owner puts a few things in the fridge for the guests. The only slight downfall is how close it is to a set of railroad tracks. The owner provides a devices that can make a variety of different noices such as crickets or rain to drown out the train noise. My wife loved the rain sound and plans on getting one for home."

"Home was as shown in pictures, everything was as you expect. Response from owners was quick & no major problems, but a bug/beetle in bedroom which I’m guessing came in from the window but otherwise no complaints."

"We stayed here for a quick volleyball weekend. Not too far from that venue, it was nice to have the full kitchen/house space vs. the tightness a hotel would offer. We were very happy with the accommodations. One thing we would say is there is not enough flatware/dishes for the number of people that can sleep here. We made it work though and enjoyed our stay."

"This was a nice rental for our family trip to Detroit. It had all the things we needed-full kitchen with dishes, laundry, bathrooms as well as central air (we stayed in June 2023). It’s a historic house, so it has a different feel than a modern house, but it had all the amenities that were needed. The only thing that could be somewhat of an issue is the iron railings on the stairs for little ones or the elderly.
