"Very new, clean, fancy boutique hotel, within walking distance of loads of things to do and eat"

"Common areas appeared dingy as if it needs a refurbishing. The hotel rooms were comfortable and contained an armoire, refrigerator, microwave and desk. The beds were soft enough with an abundance of pillows. It met my expectations for just an affordable, safe, comfortable place for a single woman to rest while I was off at meetings every day. "
