"First of all, the staff of the hotel itself were incredible!!! The lobby is beautiful, but that honestly seems where they spent all of their funds during remodel. The area isn’t awful, but if you’ve had a long day, definitely try to get to your room before 6pm. Traffic is terrible after 6pm. There are bars EVERYWHERE, so take that into account. The parking situation was annoying, valet (separate company from Omni) was hit and miss. They broke a key fob on our rental but they didn’t charge for valet and said they’d pay for the new fob, so there is that. Breakfast “included” just means they have a restaurant that sells breakfast foods at airport prices. In all honesty, I don’t feel like those things would stop me from visiting again, but I definitely feel like it isn’t worthy of 5 stars."
