"I never got to stay at this property, although my credit card was billed to stay at this property. I was redirected to another motel (Sandcastle Resort) in the area due to no availability. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival. "Accommodation was clean, comfortable and modern. Amenities such as an elevator could be installed as climbing stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage is as challenging as descending especially when it rains. "

"The staff at this hotel is very unhelpful and I had a 2 hour wait to be checked in. They couldn't find my reservation and wouldn't make an effort to find me a room. I finally begged for my money back ans only then the found room for me. The hotel is in an amazing location. Walking distance to waterfalls and steps feom the beach.
