"This hotel met our needs from a basic standpoint but could use some improvements. For example, there are tiles around the pool (which kids grasp for the "monkey crawl" around the edges) that are loose and falling apart and need to be fixed. The breakfast was adequate for our needs- egg and sausage patties, waffle makers, yogurt, oatmeal packets, bread for making toast, etc.
Our room was not cleaned after our first night- not sure if we had to request cleaning?
The water pressure in our shower was a bit low- also, the hot and cold were reversed. Just some minor things here and there that could be improved but all in all, our stay was fine- it was our first experience at a SureStay Plus by Best Western."
