"Great quietj location and house. Would suggest a few pedestal fans for bedrooms on really hot days. Otherwise everything was perfect for a beach holiday. Our grandson enjoyed putting out seed for the birds. Great yard for our dogs and directly opposite the broulee dog beach. Thanks Michelle."

"Great location, easy to check in. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the basic necessities. The only downfall was that you could hear movement from the upstairs apartment. "

"We booked on the back of Ian's excellent list of positive reviews as some properties on other sites just had a handful. The main thing you want to know is we had a perfect and enjoyable stay as it's so close to a great beach and the property was clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchen, ( BYO garlic crusher ) if that's what you like otherwise it was a good space to prepare and eat meals. Good internet connection too.House is on a quiet street with the noise of the waves to relax to with enough space for the 5 of us and comfortable sofas and bedroom space.Before our stay Ian was in touch phone and SMS to ensure we had all the info we needed to check in.This is one we will likely return to as the local area has a lot to offer in terms of beachs, eateries and Mogo mtb trails a 9-11min drive. Thank you again Ian for a pleasant stay for our family."

"We loved our stay at Beachfront Bliss Broulee. It was simple but had everything we needed. We spent allot of time on the balcony relaxing, eating, or just hanging out and listening to the birds in the trees or ocean. The position was awesome right across the road from the beach. We loved the idea of the outdoor shower which meant you were sand free before you entered the place. There are stairs to enter the premises that didn’t bother us but wouldn’t be ideal if you had young children or had trouble navigating a steep incline. Also there is a pretty narly dog next door that barks at you when you enter or leave the premises. If you are scared of dogs this also wouldn’t be ideal. Overall we loved our stay and will be back sometime in the future. "

"The property was in a great location. The check in process was easy etc. What wasn't clear on the ad was there are windows without furnishings that mean the sun streams into the bedrooms unblocked. Also, the light from the living room shines unblocked into one of the bedrooms. Not ideal for anyone who doesn't all go to bed at the same time. "
