"The property was clean and well stocked, towels on the small side but brought our own bath sheets. Very noisy location making it difficult too sleep until after the pubs had turned out There is a pub(very noisy) backing onto the parking area, which was difficult to get out of if all spaces were occupied The turning space was short due to the pub having an industrial sink unit and chairs placed there. It was up four flight of stairs so anyone with mobility issues this was a problem 2 of our guests struggled to get up and down to the property. Didn't realise this until we arrived Wouldn't recommend this one if you want a quiet nights rest or health difficulties"

"Perfect accommodation for a few nights stay. Family owned and run. Check in was easy and when we enquired if room had a walk in shower we were changed to a room that did. Very friendly, attentive staff. Clean towels each day. Great bar meals, smaller portions available. Wonderful Guinness😍 highly recommend."

"My husband and I loved everything about this property! It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The setting of Broughty Ferry was picturesque and we were able to walk to shops and the beach quite easily. We plan to return and would recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the area! "
