"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"No communication about how to get in until I asked so we were stuck outside for half an hour. It was freezing when we got in. Put the heating on straight away and it took about 5 hours to warm up as many of the windows need replacing and two of them are so broken they won't shut. The whole place has a cheap feel, bad bedding, not enough pillows, fridge noisy. I'm glad we only had one night booked. It was fairly clean. Lots of things offered on the website didn't exist, like printer or internet...

"Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning.
