Fabulous stay at the Roey - right in the middle of town and close to bus stop for anyone wishing to head to Cable Beach. Staff were well trained and so, so friendly - from the young lady who picked us up at the airport (exceptional) and everyone we came into contact with after that. Restaurant fare was well above our expectations and we ate there every night. Great live music on Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms could do with some updating but overall our rooms were clean and safe. I'd recommend Broome to everyone and this hotel was the icing on the cake - well done folks!

The location was excellent and easy excess. Please just the window curtains needed to be change doesn’t not cover the window nicely. People can see you what you doing inside your room. Otherwise everything is al good.

Roebuck Bay Hotel comprises several units, so it was confusing finding reception, had to ask in the Sports Bar. Staff did change our room to ground floor to save lugging bags upstairs, but sadly the pool was out of bounds during our overnight stay due to maintenance. Still we got to use the laundry facilities which was helpful. Went to the evening Drag Bingo in the Sports Bar which was an experience even if we didn't win. Also ate there, large portions. Shops and places to eat out easy to walk to. Drove to the Town Beach, but defo wouldn't swim there despite how inviting it looks.

An overpriced hotel with run down rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. Luggage had to be left in a cramped reception area till rooms were ready. Despite a welcome note prior to arrival stating how helpful they are, staff were not able to provide any info about the area and bus timetable given to me was out of date. Bathroom was particularly shabby. This place felt like a backpacker hostel, not a $300 room. Not recommended even though the location was great. All staff were overseas travellers and although pleasant had no real interest in providing customer service. I will not return to this hotel.

Roey was good fun and comfortable.

Roey, was user friendly with all staff helpful friendly and accommodating, whilst not the most modern facility was great to stay at with old fashion service with a smile. Pricing was reasonable and location was great within the town

Pick up from the airport was a plus. Room was quiet and clean but tired looking. No hanging space except for the towel holder over the door. The bed was comfortable but very wobbly - if one person rolled over it was like sleeping on jelly.

You get what you pay for. I've stayed in smaller rooms. The room could accommodate 3 comfortably but the rooms are rather tired. The room was clean, tidy and safe, with a locked courtyard. There were a lot of mosquitoes but this was a function of recent rains.

Receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. Unfortunately i arrived 5pm in the afternoon and was confronted and walking to my room there intoxicated guests on either side of my room. Which i didnt mind as i was tired. What I did mind was the cursing after 10pm walking backwards and forwards past my room.

Food ok, bed comfortable, but that is the best we could say about our stay. We had a superior room at $409 a night, and it was like a cave with a view of the swimming pool, there was nothing supplied apart from tea or coffee, a basic motel has better room facilities . We were kept awake for three nights, Thur, Fri and Sat, by bands from hell, we wondered how much they were paying the hotel for playing there. The advertisements for the hotel were nothing like what you get, the room was a bitter disappointment, and the fees and taxes are not included in advertised price. Our room wasn’t even secure when we got there, the door locks were just about to fall off and the security chain was not attached to anything. All in all a bitter disappointment.
