"We had a wonderful time at this cottage. It is exactly as advertised. Enough room for the 9 of us and lots to do. We especially enjoyed the garage setup with the ping pong table and pool table as well as the lakefront view and hot tub. Ricky was a great host. He was very attentive and responsive. "From the moment I walked in I knew it would be a far greater experience than the other hotel on the strip (mentioning no names). Cleanliness, property upkeep, initial welcome... all 5 outta 5 stars. But the on-duty manager Carlyn is a gem! I've worked in the customer service, hospitality and travel industries and Carlyn checks all the boxes. Her outstanding friendliness is matched only by her informative & thorough check-in. She gives the guest a aense of value and makes the blah town of Whitby a place you want to visit (as does Jason at the bar in Milestones, but I digress). Excellent stay! "
