"The staff was very nice and helpful. there was a horrible neighbor with kids that played and shouted loudly until extremely late - it was pretty terrible, but that's not the motel's fault. I'm giving it 4 stars because the beds were extremely old - the mattresses literally dipped down visibly in the middle - and the sink/counters/etc., were all rusted or blackened. But as I said, the staff was great and it was very clean. "

"This is run as an old-fashioned motel, and they truly care about their guest's experience. We had four people staying in one room, so they made a point of putting us in a specific room, because it had a bigger hot water heater. The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed at the same place last year because we enjoyed it so much."

"There was a problem with my Expedia reservation confirmation number when I tried to check in, but after 30 mins. and a call to Expedia, we got into our room and had a great stay. The location is directly across from the harbor and a great restaurant for fish and chips. The complimentary breakfast is nice. Gotta love Belgian waffles!"

"There was an issue with Expedia card and the check in and I had to stand there for like 30 mins after a long trip I had. Not really anyone fault but more of an Expedia fault. The issue was that I was told to contact Expedia on my end on top of waiting while it is not my fault. "

"The property was beautiful. Outside and inside everything was groomed and well kept. The directions for using the property were all very clear. I called the property manager at the end of our day to check in about something and they were very helpful and kind we will definitely come back."

"This condo offered spectacular views and a long path down to a private beach. The cave at Rainbow Rock was amazing, but check for low tides before exploring. Condo was as described. Bathrooms were clean and the bed in the MB was very comfy. The living room and lookout areas were great, especially since it started raining the minute we arrived! Plenty of games and books to choose from - we played a lot of chess while waiting for the rain to pass. Kitchen was well-stocked but missing the essential...
