"Sent us to a dirty room. My 85 yr old mother then had to climb up 17 stairs because the first room on the 1st floor was dirty. One set of towels for two people. Beds were made sloppy. Motel was dirty. Front staff at night were friendly & apologetic but morning staff not so much. I expected a little more but was highly disappointed. I will be submitting a complaint and hope to be compensated accordingly. Would not recommend this motel to anyone."
