"Good: updated facility that was relatively clean except for old carpet and materials being removed. It is a good location and in a quiet area. Bad: We specifically chose this facility because they offered breakfast. The breakfast area was not attended two both mornings we wanted to eat there. On the first morning we had to ask someone to check the food as some items were out such as cooked eggs. We then had to wait 20 minutes for them to be placed in the buffet. The second morning there was no hot food and we asked the front desk if it was going to be replenished. They informed us that the staff that provides the cooked food did not come in!"

"Unfortunately our stay was not one to where we would come back. The pool and hot tub were down for the weekend, the room was not fully cleaned- but due to short staff. The one positive thing I will say is the lady on night shift was so understanding and her hospitality was great!"

"After a long day on two wheels i found this room way above my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The inviting warmth of the room could be fine tuned with some artwork on the walls. Breakfast was as expected and hit the spot for someone on the go. Breakfast included the typical folded egg cheese omelette, potatoes, Sausage, make your own waffles full juice dispenser etc. Dollar wise my $140 Saturday night stay was well worth the it."

"The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we presented our issues. There are ants and roaches in certain rooms, dirt and grime left on appliances and the floor. There needs to be a policy change that requires housekeeping on a more frequent basis. They don’t check on residents frequently to make sure the living habits of residents and conditions are not promoting pests. Smoking takes place in the building and right in front of the entrance. They need more staff to be able to help manage the property well. There’s too many issues and not enough help to solve the problems. They are taking money, so there is no reason why pest control can’t be hired and upgrades can’t be made. Do better please."
