"We had a very long journey and were very tired Olin arrival, we were greeting by a lovely receptionist, it was quite late in the evening so we were thrilled to see the room service options, had a lovely meal, wonderful sleep on extremely comfortable beds, breakfast was delightful as were all the staff. "Stayed overnight and ate on Oak Restaurant. Food and wine choice excellent as was ambience. Our bedroom was fine but could do with a spruce up. Bed comfortable.Overall a great stay to celebrate my wifes birthday."

"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "
