Rural Scene at Bronwydd This view from the A484 shows part of the village of Bronwydd among scattered woods and green fields. In the valley of the Nant Brechfa, beyond left, you can just see the circuit for training horses kept at the stables behind the large house called Felinfach.
Felinfach Modern mansion with racing stables, just visible beyond, and a racetrack, out of view. Did you notice the topiary, a bush cunningly crafted to look like a horse with jockey leaping the hedge?
Traditional Welsh Farm Here is a typical cluster of old and new farm buildings, with sheep and lambs grazing in the fields. It is the end of April and there are not many leaves on the trees and hedgerows. The farmer still has a large quantity of baled silage which he is not likely to need now that the grass has begun to grow.
