"Beautiful cottage with every convenience provided in a lovely setting, not far from the beach. The most fabulous hamper was in the kitchen when we arrived, everything for a couple of breakfasts. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed. Lovely place to stay."

"The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."

"A very friendly host. Great location for walking on heath land and the Suffolk coastal path. Within easy reach of Minsmere and Sutton Hoo. Thorpeness is a very interesting fantasy coastal resort developed for the wealthy in the early 20th century. Worth a visit for its architecture alone."

"The cottage was perfect for my wifes and my 5 night stay. The cottage is very cozy with bunches of character situated in a beautiful and serene setting. The cottage was decorared nicely, ad everything you need for a stay and we enjoyed the artwork. "Really nice experience in booking and pre- information. The cottage is annexed to a main farm house and sits in the grounds of an old farm. It's really secluded and beautiful place to stay. It's really close to RSPB Minsmere where we spent much of our 3 day stay and close to Southwold which is a well worth spending time. The cottage is very clean, spacious and good amenities, I would highly recommend"

"Good to have a return visit to this lovely cottage. I love the front garden, which is full of traditional 'cottage garden' flowers and was as beautiful as I remembered. The inside is tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. It's a good base for visiting the coast and the nearby reserves such as Minsmere."
