Tons of outdoor activities like zip lining, boat tours, ATV and jeep rentals, pontoon rentals, guided fishing trips, and golfing can be enjoyed while there.

Our area also has plenty of spas to choose from or even in cabin traveling massage therapists.

Don't forget about our local wineries and breweries!

PETS

Up to two dogs are allowed at Grandview with an additional $100 pet fee. Please include your pets in your initial reservation.

RIVER ACCESS

Some cabins in our area boast about being "close" to Mountain Fork River, but we are on Mountain Fork and you have access to the water at your cabin for fishing or swimming. The water level does fluctuate depending on the release schedule from the Corp of Engineers at the lake. We have no way to predict the river level since release is based on rain and the amount of electricity needing to be produced. It's pretty safe to say that during the summer, the water level will be normal or low, which means it will be about waist deep in front of the cabin.

ADDITIONAL SPACE

Have more than 6 in your group? Kingfisher and Hideaway are on each side of Grandview, but close enough to enjoy the river together!

RULES

Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states you won’t sue us and the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t pay it. The security deposit is a hold placed on the credit card on file, not an actual charge. It will be released after your check out when no damage is caused to the property. The security deposit for Grandview is $300.
