The Indoor Space

The open floor plan ensures that everyone can comfortably gather on the large sectional sofa next to the stone gas fireplace for game night or to watch the latest movie or sports event. And the chef in the family will appreciate the fully stocked gourmet kitchen, which includes plenty of appliances, utensils and spices. Both island counter-seating and a comfortable dining table just off the kitchen ensure seating for all. The laundry room houses all sorts of toys and sporting equipment to enjoy. If traveling with small children, a high-chair and pack-n-play is available.

· Primary Bedroom #1: Comfortable king bed, blackout curtains, peaceful wall décor, satellite TV, walk-in closet with luggage rack, ceiling fan, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and separate 2-person jacuzzi tub. Dual vanity with granite countertops. Sliding door in bedroom provides easy access to outdoor deck and hot tub.

· Bedroom #2: Comfortable firm king bed with large satellite TV, ceiling fan, private closet with luggage rack. Cute décor. Next to second bathroom.

· Bedroom #3: Sturdy full-over-queen wooden bunk set, Pac-Man arcade system with 12 games, satellite TV, ceiling fan, private closet with luggage rack. Shares second bathroom with bedroom #2.

The Outside Space

There is so much to do outside you may never want to leave the cabin! Large, private, tree-lined backyard that backs up to a hill ensures privacy. Outdoor amenities include Four Winds 6-person jetted hot tub, fire pit, two corn-hole sets, soft axe throwing set, kids play-set, lots of patio seating, chaise lounges, dining table and a large grill. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats.

Beautiful cabin, no communication

The cabin was amazing - accurate listing, fully stocked with supplies, games and touts were a huge plus, very clean- but the lack of communication was a problem. We were finally successfully in getting communication from the owner after two phone calls to VRBO customer service and all issues were resolved successfully.

Nice location

This was a birthday trip with friends. We drove up from Dallas and a 3 hour drive turned in to 4.5 hours. The traffic is a nightmare. The cabin was in a good location. The amenities are good but the pull out couch had no linens for sleeping and we asked in advance if there would be some and were told yes. We tried to communicate after we got there but got no response from owners. Cell phone service is horrible so if you need to call anyone in your party... good luck. The cabin was clean. It had many amenities. Everything was roomy and cozy except the kitchen. We had all intention to make smores and roast hot dogs over the open fire but there's a burn ban in effect and we were didn't know. I guess we should have checked because we bought all of the supplies but couldn't use them. All in all the cabin is a nice find. We would stay there again after the burn ban and bring our own stuff for the couch.

Cozy cabin

We enjoyed our stay in Serenity Lodge. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and in great condition. The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We would stay there again!

We will definitely be using Beavers Bend Adventures again. The cabin was better than expected and had a lot of games and toys for the kids to play with during the rainy days.

Sweet serenity

The cabin and location was so breathtaking. It immediately felt like home! It was filled with any and everything you can possibly think of to make our stay comfortable, including my 8 month old son. I will definitely be going back there for our next family vacation!
