"Adorable place out in the countryside. We loved the updated feel of the property, It was very clean and would stay again,"

"Perfect little 1 bedroom house on the lake. We went to a concert at Renfro Valley (6 min away) and the place worked out perfect for our stay and easy access."

"The property was nice, cute little house, well decorated. Located minutes to the lake and to the little town. In July there is not a view of the lake. A couple doors have holes in them, broken porch chair and there was 3 year old expired eggs in the refrigerator, expired creamer and condiments. House needed a good dusting but bathroom was clean. Toilet ran the whole time. I would recommend staying at this place."

"We enjoyed the clean cabin and peace and quiet. We were surprised at how new it seemed. We enjoyed the deck in the evenings and read out there. We played games we brought in the evening. PBS are the only TV channels available. It was a great location for all the sites we wanted to visit. Only complaint , our host cancelled one night and did not refund our money. We would highly recommend this place."

"We had a wonderful 2 day stay! Such a cute place! It was clean and cozy! Thank you! :)"

"Great property if you are visiting Berea. Good location close to town. Clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, cozy, off street parking."

"Everything was smooth and communication was quick and responsive. We enjoyed the stay, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy it. Thank you!"

"Very nice, quiet place with great views. Great location close to our friends!"

"Great little home. Host has gone above normal to make sure you have everything. Her thoughtfulness was greatly appreciated and and the little extra touches made you feel like you were in a friends home! Will definitely try and go back when I get a chance."

"Surpassed our expectations! Excellent location for riding Wildcat! Plenty of room to spread out indoors and out! Kids loved feeding the fish and having room to run outside! Will definitely be back!"

"Everything was good except we did not care for the cement floors. Maybe if they put down more rugs in the hall or the bathroom it would have been better. Other wise it was quiet and peaceful. Loved the back deck area."

"Everything was in order."

"Peaceful getaway but not too far from London, KY."

"It took her 3 hours to give us a call back with code to get in, it was 85 degrees in the house when we got there the house could been cleaner, between the window was Bad, Internet did not work or TV. Front bathroom toilet was not clean, just 2 rows of toilet paper in house . Lots of spiders."

"The worst air b and b experience of my life. We travel on weekends often and have stay at air b and b’s often; we understand each property and owner is unique to their approach at hosting. This property was a nightmare. Spiders and webs lined all the ceilings, with bugs all throughout the floors of the rooms. Every crack in the kitchen counter has major crumbs and debris everywhere. Upstairs does not have AC, which was problematic for our visit when it was in the high 80’s and 90’s. The lights...

"House was as pictured, pristine, coxy and decorative. Enjoyed deck view of the lake, the dock for fishing, ability to house kayaks for inlet travel and the recommendations for boat rentals which we took advantage. Lake swimming available in other parts of the lake where the boat came in handy. The structure in the lake is phenomenal for fishing. The lake is not overcrowded with houses, and thankful for the shorelines that are available. Our host was lovely, supportive, immediately...

"Wonderful place to relax and unwind"
