"When we arrived at the venue they were fully booked.
We drived 90minutes to get there and our reservation was NOT AVAiLLABLE. We tried to call the venue many times before arriving but they reception never gave us a confirmation about the rooms."

"I was in January and it was cold outside and the heater made so much noice i could not sleep good. Also i forgot an electric toothbrush wich i reported the same day of check out but the cleaning stuff took it ."
