"The rooms are charming and clean…know a few things before you book…they do not speak English (only a problem if you do not speak German)..The dinner in the restaurant is by reservation only..the staff are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay…could add fans for those warm evenings"

"Pros: Very clean, nice breakfast, quiet town, economical Cons: No elevator: It would have been good to know that our room would be three flights up and the B&B does not have an elevator. Possible communication issues: The woman who greeted us had a difficult time explaining where to park, and did not ask for payment. This was due to my low proficieny in German coupled with her ability to speak English. In addition, I expected her to ask for payment or let me know that they already took...

"Absolut tolle Pension an den weinbergen der Mosel. Zimmer sehr gepflegt und ausreichend groß. Uhriger Weinkeller der zum verweilen einlädt. Vorzügliches Essen, vom Chef selber zubereitet. Die Weine sehr sehr lecker. Man merkt das die Familie den Betrieb lebt. Sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen. "

"We booked spontanaeously and didn't expect such a new and modern appartment. The house also has a small terrace with lounge furniture. The hosts are very friendly and courteous, offered several times coffee etc. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Basic, but great accomodation! Everything was very clean and in nice condition. There are no staff to greet you and many stairs with no lift, but this was not an issue for us (I say it only to make it clear for people reading) There is also a kitchen downstairs to cook your own meals."

"Um es kurz zu machen. Die Wohnung von Anna und Michael ist genau so wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Zweckmäßig und stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Und: Die einzige Ferienwohnung in deren CD-Sammlung ich eine CD der "Dead Kennedys" fand."

Ingrid took extra time to find times for local tours we were interested in and looked up and printed out the details for our train out of town. "Wonderful stay and very clean! Very Fun to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Cochem. Only caution is there are lots of cigarrette smokers in Cochem city so the smoke comes through open windows. "
