"No reply to my messages, calls, emails or texts for 3 months. Arrived on the day, 7 hours drive, while we were parked outside the property this guy Tom said, the property was not available and continued to lie about he had sent me a email stating the property was not available. I asked then why did he not cancel the booking, the booking is still active, no reply. Said he will organise a suitable property for us but after two hours of waiting inside my car, no reply.
