"the slot machine i was playing on froze up, message appeared on screen "call service tech", Phillipino waitress was walking by i asked her if she could call technician to service the machine she responded in a not so good manner quote " I CAN'T FIX IT" all she needed to say "I will call the service technician""

"In Detroit for a Tigers game. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to Check-in early so we could get to the game. Room was very comfortable and clean. Hotel is only a couple blocks off the riverwalk, which was a very pleasant walk."
