"We chose this hotel as it was close to Capitol Theatre. It was a perfect choice, the staff were incredibly helpful, the restaurants and bar were great for a pre-theatre treat and there were lots of amenities nice and close. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed putting the old school record player on in our room while we got ready to go out. The amenities in the room were gorgeous, the bed comfy and room was quiet. "An absolutely incredible hotel in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Well connected to all the city has to offer. Beautifully decorated with stunning clean rooms. The highlight for me was the staff- they were all amazing. Housekeeping, the bars, reception etc. all incredibly helpful. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"The Crowne Plaza team was very helpful and we immediately could change our room, because the room had the bath ventilation of the whole floor, which was a little bit too noisy if you don‘t have deep sleep. The breakfast choice and sereals have been very good as well as the friendly and professional service. We would definitely stay again at Crowne Plaza and could recommend the place as all views are reachable in walking distance incl. public transport."

"Conveniently located near/in the central business district, this hotel in in walking distance bus stops, metro train, grocery stores and restaurants (though many may be closed in the evening). The staff was friendly and professional, and the apartment was lovely!! Full kitchen that’s well stocked with various cooking supplies (dishes, pots/oans, knives, Nespresso maker, electric kettle for boiling water quickly, full sized refrigerator and stove), laundry room with washer/dryer, washing powder...
