"The "Proper Cafe" ,which is attached to the motel, is the best place for breakfast, and the room key has a membership card to the Sports Club, which is only a short walk away, and they have a very good restaurant with take away available. The area is very quiet."

"This neat, clean and tidy single story motel was a terrific find in Ballina. Well located to the riverfront with coffee shops, restaurants and a Woolies supermarket within a short 5 minutes walk. The best feature of this motel was its common area, containing a fridge, cooktop and microwave with lots of equipment supplied for meal preparation. There was a dining table and lounge area with a large TV and board games- a great idea for families or travellers looking to save some money on...

"The property is old, but kept clean. It can be noisy with traffic and the walls are thin. But the location is good with Dan Murphy next door and a great Tavern 5 minutes away on foot. It was a comfortable stay."
