"There’s literally no soap in the shower soap dispenser so clearly housekeeping hadn’t checked it in several nights because they would’ve replaced it if they would’ve checked. It was prom night, so there is people out late, the rooms are not insulated, we heard all sorts of noise, both voices and door, slamming, totally ruined our night sleep"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet, and convenient to shopping and touristy things to do. It is up in the hills on the southwest side of the city. The property had all of the needed conveniences."

"The property is beautiful, very spacious and well furnished. The only complaint is that the property does not have central heat and air and the temperatures reached 80 plus degrees while we were there. The bedrooms were very hot and we did not sleep well. There was only a mini split unit in the kitchen which did not cool the whole house. We asked about it and were told that they bring in seasons portable air conditioners but only in the summer months. It would also be helpful if they provided a welcome book with a manual on how to operate everything in the house. "

"This home is tucked away in a very peaceful neighborhood. Our toddler loved the house and didn’t want to leave. It was so close to the zoo and convenient to go downtown and to Garden of the Gods. The house is beautiful and exactly as described. The beds are luxurious and I loved the kitchen it was so well stocked, it felt like I was in my own home. We loved hearing the shrine’s clocktower chime on the hour."
