"We hate room designs like this. Who wants to see what is going on in the bathroom? If a light is turned on in the bathroom, it affects the sleeping area. Only one side of the bed had plugs or a table. We couldn't even figure out how to turn on the rain shower, and when the shower was on it sprayed out of the shower all over. It was a really poorly designed room."

"It was VERY VERY OLD. I would not stay there again. The rooms are so old and musty. No plugs anywhere near where you need them. The only thing good was the shuttle to the airport."

And Broadmeadows was a great hub - beautiful landscapes, easy public transport to city and airport, and fantastic cafes and food nearby. "I have stayed at this property many times. I would describe it as simple, straight forward, the rooms are pretty small, but you have everything you need. Over the road (busy road) are Coles, Kmart, Woolworths etc. As well as McDonalds, Hungry Jacks etc. I like that this hotel is out of town. It takes around 25 minutes to get into town by car. The train station is around 15 minutes walking from the hotel. Free parking at the hotel. I really like staying at this hotel."
