"My husband and I LOVED the Florin Apartment! The apartment was clean, cozy, and close to a grocery and a pharmacy. The washer/dryer unit was an extra added plus! Even though the apartment is located right in the very lovely and walkable beach town of Seaton, its location was very quiet. The bed was comfortable. Parking could have been tough but, we had no problems. We were given GREAT instructions about the apartment and the town. It is a short drive to Axminster Train Station. "

"Spacious and comfortable flat, the description of it is accurate. It has lovely views across the bay and is good for people (and dog) watching. Access is from the back of the building, but it is a short walk around to the seafront. Seaton has some very interesting buildings and the Axemouth harbour end is lovely. The other end of the bay has interesting rocks and cliffs, and the labyrinth cut out of the grass in the park above is fun. For fishing, there is a well-stocked bait shop on the other...
