Comfortable space with character. On the ground floor: large living space of 80 m² television with TNT, and integrated kitchen and fireplace in the heart of the house. Shower room, WC. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 child's bed, shower room/WC.
Large mezzanine with reading area.

2 car garage, covered terrace with ping-pong table.
House exposed to full sun with partially enclosed land.
