The comfortable apartment is right by the cable car and the Hochbrixen skiing piste, in a quiet location. In winter you can access the piste directly from the apartment (ski in ski out).
The apartment provides a modern, but cosy atmosphere. Each bedroom has a double box spring bed (160 x 2) and a reading lamp. Two of the bedrooms also have a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a USB port. The two bathrooms each have a big shower and a rustic stone washbasin, and there is a urinal for male guests. The bathroom also has a shower hose for Kneipp treatments. The stylish bath is positioned somewhat divided off from the 20m² main bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave (all good makes), a toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle and mixer. The living room provides a cosy leather suite and a TV corner for the whole family, on the first floor. It also has a big table with eight chairs for sociable meals and gatherings. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee. The whole apartment has under-floor heating. It is a non-smoking apartment.
The big roof terrace measuring more than 90m² is for the use of all guests in the house. Deckchairs, a parasol and seating are provided. The garage, opened electronically, can be used for a fee. All the other parking spaces by the house are free.
A bread rolls delivery service is available. You simply order the day before from an order list and the next morning the baker delivers directly to your apartment (including on Sunday).
Nearby you can find two sports shops, several cafés, après-ski bars and international and regional restaurants. In winter the ski piste is right on the doorstep and in summer you can enjoy the natural swimming lake, tennis courts, the fishing lake and the sports ground within five minutes of the accommodation. There are two cable cars with access to 96 lifts within 200 metres.
