"As with most Bowen Island stays, to get up to the suite, a steep grade hill is navigated. With our Subaru it wasn’t an issue. The unit is brand new, modern, and clean. I know they are still getting things in place so a few touches/items were missing that we are used to having at our stays like cooking oil, face cloths, a dish cloth, and a binder with info. about the unit. "It was such a wonderful property. Quiet. It felt secluded in the back even though it's in a residential neighborhood. Our only hand up was how to turn on the fireplaces. There were no clear directions or markings. Though we had prompt responses to our query we still couldn't figure it out. We certainly assume it was us just not looking properly 😉"

"Great stay, cabin feels like a real escape. Kitchen was great. The views are unbeatable. Only things that would have topped this to perfect would be that the deck gets morning sun not afternoon so we were chilly (but that'd actually be an advantage in the hot summer) and the double bed in the 2nd bedroom was pretty sunken so I didn't have the greatest sleep with my husband in there (would be totally fine for 1 person and that being said the bedding with nice and comfy)."

"We had a lovely stay in our suite. Quiet, great view of the ocean and a relaxing deck to take it all in. The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. Bright, well appointed kitchen. Our hosts Nidhi and Vineet were very helpful and friendly. We learned a lot about the community from them. This was our first visit to Gibsons and we look forward to returning. Very close to the Langdale ferry and a short drive to Gibsons. Walk across the road to a relaxing beach. Delightful in every way. Thank you."

"Our extended family of 3 generations stayed here for the week. Such a clean, comfortable house within a lovely, quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Enjoyed taking walks and hikes nearby, and those who know Squamish know there are wonderful cafes and restaurants here. A subset of us also drove to Whistler daily (42 minutes). Wonderful communication from the owner."

"The property had an amazing view with lots of room for the group. The cupboards were well stocked with spices, utensils, dishes and appliances. Gorgeous deck was a nice place to socialize while enjoying the Mountain View. Beds were comfy Would definitely stay again"

"Beautiful property. Short drive into Squamish. Not much food options unless you drive into town. The basement apartment is very comfortable, but the first night we were cold and the following few nights we were quite warm. The bedroom window opens wide to let in the beautiful fresh air but has no screen to keep the bugs out. Host was very responsive . Space has everything you need. Easy to find , would recommend. "

"We were a group of 8 traveling to the area for a mountain biking weekend. Squamish and the location of the property was a perfect home base to access the trails in Squamish, Whistler (40 minutes) and North Vancouver (1hr). You can access the Alice Lakes trails directly from the house, just down through the adjacent condos. Alice Lakes trails are a must do if you hike, trail run or mountain bike.
