"There are very few places like Lake Rudolph, and it happens to border the best family owned Park in the United States. Staff is wonderful, it’s a great area, the campground is lively while being family oriented, and the campground has tons of amenities and activities for kids (and adults who refuse to grow up). "It was myself and 2 children. We were to check in at 3 arrived 2 hours early and were able to go ahead and check in. The kids wanted to swim and we spent 6 hours in the pool. The water was perfect inside. Outside it hadnt warmed up yet but had only been open 1 day so I expected that. The hotel is dated, but very clean. The only thing i wish i would have paid closer attention to and it was not the lodges fault was standard rooms do not have microwaves or mini fridges. We had breakfast the first day it wasnt the best it was cold, but we were late getting there. The second day it was much better but we arrived 2 hours sooner. The kids didnt want to go. We have season passes to holiday world and we just stayed at the hoteland swam. Loved it here"

"There truly is only one issue. Not only did inpay hotels.com, but then i was required to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a 100.00 charge against my card. I assumed once the room was checked after checkout the charge would drop off. It didnt. I called and they said it would be 1 to 5 days before it would drop off. This is unacceptable. Now i will have to check daily to make sure charge is reversed. This should be stated on yoir website."

"It's an older hotel that has been remodeled. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked in the room. The bathroom vanity was set up nicely for putting on makeup. Overall we were pleased and it was a good value for the price. "
