"We were most impressed about the outstanding friendliness and hospitality of the staff. Felt like in a Japanese Ryokan where the guest is king. One hick-up with the restaurant at the first night, which was charmingly fixed by the management."

"The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. "Vert, Sam, the very cute girl with the Bob that was working the morning of 7/4. You guys were rockstars. They treated us with nothing but kindness. Sam made sure We were taken care of the second we walked through the door. He felt like a father and he made my whole night. I may have cried. Vert made me feel like I’d known her my whole life. Absolutely an angel. If you meet her it’s your blessing. As far as the absolute baddie with the Bob. You know who you are you gave us endless laughter on your first day back from break. Next day you fought to get us on our shuttle (which we signed up for) and you wished us safe travels. I would come back for staff alone. I feel like I made some amazing friends. Glad you’re here for us stranded folks. You made me love what could have been a horrible time. ALSO Breakfast is amazing, the pool is great, and the rooms met all my needs. Would recommend! "
