"Managed to get a good deal for a 3 night stay and was honestly blown away by how nice it was. Just off the main road in the middle of Norwich, it was located in a really nice area that was peaceful at night. Had an amazing kitchenette in the room with an oven, hob, microwave, sink, fridge and washing machine, so we could basically self cater the whole time we were in the city working. Very polite and attentive staff on arrival, the lobby is comfy with nice couches, everything nicely presented. It's clean, modern and cosy place, so much better than imagined. It had everything we needed and we would certainly stay again."

"Clean room, very friendly staff, just 5 minutes walking distance to Central Station, 15 to the Castle. Their motto “Affordable comfort for everyone” suits well. Will definitely consider this hotel when going to Norwich again."

"My husband brought us here for my birthday and we stayed for one night. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. Our twin room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had an evening meal here and the meals were exceptionally good. Breakfast was very good too. We would definitely book to stay again."

"Room had amazing view into Carrow Road (Norwich City grounds), was really comfortable and was close to a small shopping centre with several choices. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good, best buffet style I've had in a while with it all tasting perfectly cooked and fresh. Not too far from city centre by car/taxi but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very impressed with the overall experience of our stay. The staff were friendly and efficient. The studio rooms were very well equipped and had some nice touches like dishwasher and coffee machines. Even tea towels, filter coffee and washing up liquid included !! Decent warm pool and hot tub. Restaurant wasn't bad and reasonably priced. Would definitely come again. "

"Excellent first rate property, room was perfect facing the quiet garden area. We sat out on the balcony and had coffee and tea in the morning. The night before had a swim and enjoyed the sauna, steam room and pool. Later had a wonderful meal in the ring room. If we’re in the region again, we’ll definitely stay, and hopefully for a little longer!"
