"Fantastic front of house, Chris. Great welcome there was an issue with our family room but we were given 2 rooms on the same floor at no extra charge. The whole team were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent hotel, stayed in some other Moxy hotels before, this was by far the best customer experience. "

"WOW what a fabulous hotel! We had a lovely welcome at reception, our room was bigger than expected for a 'cosy' room. It was lovely and clean and although there was no aircon a substantial fan had been provided. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious, fluffy towels and toiletries which smelled gorgeous. We had supper and drinks on the terrace but I sent mine back as the chicken was very dry, there was no problem and when a fresh meal was served it was delicious. Breakfast was the usual buffet of cereals, pastries or cooked options. It wasn't the best, bacon was hard, eggs didn't have a runny yolk, mushrooms weren't fresh. For an extra charge there were a few other options but no poached eggs or omelette. The staff were very helpful and happy to do so. All in all a lovely stay wish I could have stayed longer so we could enjoy the beautiful garden walks."
