"1. The website was deceiving. We thought we were renting a house not a room. 2. The stove was dirty, food around the eyes. 3. There were nats flying everywhere. 4. Dirty wash cloth on back of bathroom door. 5. I had to go buy cleaning products to clean before I could stay. 6. I found trash and garbage under the couch. ( I dropped something and had to move the couch to retrieve it) I could not get in touch with host to let them know. That is the bad thing about going through a property manager....

"When we arrived, we had a code for the door lock, but had no idea which room was ours. I asked a guy that was hanging out talking to other guest how to figure out what my room was and turned out he was the owner. There were no pillowcases and no toliet paper. The a/c was off in the room and it must have been close to a 100* in the room. We didn't even unload out luggage. Turned on the a/c and went searching for pillowcases and toilet paper. At 10 pm we went to bed and the temperature was still...

"We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very well stocked with everything imaginable. Great location right across from beach. Local restaurant Shipwreck was within walking distance and has the best food. Port St. Joe is just 7 miles away and has many restaurants and shops. We loved the balcony deck outside the master bedroom and also private backyard area with grill. We’d go back."
